Have you not had an eye exam in 5 years, because, well… life? That was me. After my recent experience with this office all I have to say is don’t hesitate to schedule your next vision appointment with this practice. You are in great hands with Dr. Vu and the staff at this office. Dr. Vu and her staff are kind, respectful, incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. Scheduling was a breeze, and they squeezed me in the same week. When I arrived for my appointment I was brought right back for numerous eye related tests, and then quickly met Dr. Vu who genuinely was interested in and cared about my eye health. She gave me tips and product suggestions about managing the eczema around my eyes as well as specific tears to use for my MGD. She also informed about why my vision had changed over the years and where my eyes are now. Dr. Vu is also incredibly personable and is knowledgeable about many different subject matters, and genuinely wants to help her patients. She sees her patients as people, which is rare nowadays. She also listened to my vision needs (I am a creative person who writes and I make art) so she suggested the right type of lenses for me. Lastly her staff was wonderful to work with. I called in today to ask if they had a specific pair of eyeglasses in stock that they could order for me with my RX and they accommodated me no problem. All in all a great experience!
