All About Eyes - Moline

On 6/13 I went in for a glasses only eye exam. I was very specific that the day prior I’d been to specialists in Iowa city and had all tests so didn’t need anything extra. They did their exam including something that seemed extra, but I had already advised I only needed the exam for glasses. They told me there was $49 my insurance didn’t cover. I told them I was not paying it. They said, “Fine.” Their glasses were also far more than quotes on my insurance website. I left with RX and bought glasses at Vision 4 less. Today I get a bill for $49! What a rip off joint!

Very good experience with the staff & Dr Kim at All About Eyes. Need to get some answers about vision issues. Appt was made & was seen inside of a week. I felt that was pretty good turn around for a non-emergency case. I showed up early for my appt & was only waiting about 5 minutes before starting some of the initial tests. Initial lab area was compromised of very modern machines. Quick & easy process. A short wait later I was in to see the Dr for further test & Diagnosis. Facility was clean, contemporary and well organized. Although I did not get glasses just yet, I did look through several collections in the cases. There are many brands. All the big names I was familiar with were present... And many beyond that. Short of needing an eye surgeon, I think I'll stay with this vision center.

The crew in Moline is always patient and nice. However, I will never come back here. My last appointment, I let the optician know that I'm not seeing out of my glassas as well as I should. I took the time to look out of each eye with my glasses on, covering one eye. On the last 3 pair of glasses, the prescription in my right eye is incorrect and my vision is very blurry. It's worse with my glasses on than with them off. I have an appointment and would like them to correct at least 2 pair as I always have a 2nd pair in my car. Very disappointed just left my appointment. The optician intentionally gave me the incorrect prescription in my right eye. NOW she says the vision in my right eye has gotten worse over the last 2 months. I wonder why?

I have been going to All About Eyes for several years now. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They stay up to date with Advanced testing. The Dr is great! I highly recommend them!

My son who’s 13yo came here for an eye glass and contact exam and the Dr was very professional and the techs were very helpful and patient while he tried on contacts for the first time 🎉🎉🎉♥️
