Thank you so much to the two kind, caring, knowledgeable employees who helped me tonight! My mom broke her glasses and did not have a backup pair. I called to see if this store happened to be open on Memorial Day. It was 4:42 when I called. They said they closed at 5:00. I said I would get there as soon as possible and asked if they could please take a look at my mom’s broken glasses. I arrived at the mall at 4:48 and ran into the store. I’m sure they had worked a long day and wanted to go home, but they showed no sign of being irritated or tired. They kindly listened to me and helped me out. They found a temporary solution to the problem, and we are so thankful. I appreciate their willingness to help even though they were closing in a few minutes. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend going there for your glasses!!!

I do not go through this Eye doctor, Recently I have broken both of the legs off of my glasses and this place was able to help me secure them so I could make it to my next eye exam, They were very understanding and helpful and genuinely good people who recommend helpful things to me about how my eyes work. I am from across the river but if I end up switching I will 100% be coming here and would recommend this place to anyone!

The girl who was supposed to check me in at the front desk with blonde (ish) hair and wearing a blazer...she has been there a long time. Maybe even the manager. She was so rude to me. Because of this I will be switching where I go. Too bad too because I really liked the Dr. I think she had had a bad day and so had I. It was a bad mix . I was not being paid to have good customer service though. ... unfortunate situation.
