I had an excellent experience with Dr. James Yoo and his entire team. Dr. Yoo was thorough, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the exam both informative and comfortable. I never felt rushed, and I left with a much better understanding of my eye health. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and positive, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. They also have an incredible selection of eyeglass frames, from premium brands like Tom Ford, Ray-Ban, Nike, and Oakley to plenty of other great options. On top of that, their prices are very competitive. If you’re looking for an optometrist who provides excellent care and a staff that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. James Yoo and his team at All About Eyes.

Dr.Tanouye is fantastic. I’ve been going to get my exams with her for three years now and she is super friendly. She explains the process of the eye exam and what she’s doing. She’s the best eye doctor around. The front desk staff is also really friendly.

Probably the absolute worst experience I’ve had at an optometrist. Came in for a routine basic eye exam & left with an EYE INFECTION. Eyes became bloodshot red and full of mucus within 2 hours of leaving their facility. Came back for an emergency appointment to check in the eyes and Doctor Yoo was absolutely abhorrent. 0 patient care in that “doctor” at all. Could not care less about how the infection originated in his office & all he mentioned was that “we could have done a better job of sterilizing the equipment/glasses for sale.” He did not give me ANY information as to what the infection could be/what the antibiotics he was prescribing for me were until i had to ask myself on each detail. I came in with basic research & named the potential infection & only after I named it, did he confirm that it was potentially that infection. I’ve been to countless optometrists and have never had such a horrible experience like this. Imagine going in to get your vision checked and LEAVING WITH AN INFECTION. And then the doctor shows 0 care post. Not only that - the antibiotics that were prescribed are now 300+ dollars WITH INSURANCE. So now I have to front that bill for an infection I got from THEIR office. Avoid at all costs!

They make everything so easy! They work hard and treated each customer with proper respect definitely come here if you want the right service you need!
