I would like to file a complaint regarding the way I was treated by the receptionist ANGELICA MEDINA I asked if the doctor could approve transferring my mother’s evaluation to her primary care physician because he speaks Spanish, which would make communication much easier for my mother. Instead of assisting me professionally, the receptionist had a disrespectful and dismissive attitude. She appeared to mock me and questioned why we hadn’t mentioned this during the first appointment, even though we did. Rather than helping us, she made the conversation uncomfortable and unprofessional….. I expect patients and their families to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed to ensure that others do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this concern. Additionally, when the interaction ended, the receptionist Angelica Medina said “bye bye” in a mocking tone, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This left me feeling dismissed rather than assisted.
