I will not be returning to All About Eyes. I have had annual eye exams for years and have never paid anywhere close to $218 for a routine eye exam and contact lens exam. My biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding costs. Additional testing was performed without clearly explaining the out-of-pocket expense beforehand. Had I been informed of the additional charges, I would have appreciated the opportunity to make an informed decision before the service was completed. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was never asked to provide or verify my insurance card during my visit. I also believe I was charged incorrectly, as my insurance should have covered the visit with only a $10 copay When I later questioned the charges and coverage, I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of acknowledging my concern about not being informed upfront, the conversation turned into an argument about pricing and insurance coverage. My concern was never about whether prices had increased—it was about clear communication and informed consent regarding costs. Patients deserve to know what services they are receiving and what they may owe before those services are performed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff the eye doctor was very professional and kind and let you discuss any concerns that you had. They had a large variety of frames to choose from and only after looking through about five pairs of frames I found the frame that I wanted. Better yet my insurance covered most of the cost which was a huge Plus for me. I can't wait until my new glasses come in
Great 1st time visit. The doctor was very thorough and professional. And the young lady who helped order the glasses was super helpful. Highly recommend. Cost after insurance was only $280 for progressive bifocals
Making an appointment was easy. Check in was seamless. They went out of their way to make testing as comfortable as possible. Doctor was patient and thorough. There was no high pressure sales in selecting frames. The second pair for half price made prescription sunglasses easy to afford. Will keep using them.
Very nice people and the doctor is very thorough and kind. I love coming here for my eye exams and for my annual checkup.
