All About Eyes - Peru

Dr Neumann is a wonderful provider. She is patient, friendly, and thorough. We take our 4 boys to her for their eyes and they always and she always takes the time to answer their questions and explain their eye health to them in ways they can understand. She always greets us with a smile. We very much look forward to our appointments with her. Her staff are very personable and knowledgeable. We’ve worked with many of them and find that they are all very good at what they do. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with Dr Neumann. You will be so happy with her care

1st time going there and the staff was amazing. The energy was awesome. I had no insurance and needed an eye exam. I found out I had cataracts and they provided and pretty much did the leg work for me by giving me a couple of referrals and making the calls . I found the price for the exam fair considering I was paying out of pocket and honestly worth it based on that experience itself. Thank you All about Eyes !

I appreciate the staff are always kind and helpful. Dr Neumann does a wonderful job and is very thorough. They use innovative testing methods and refer you to other specialists when needed.

Overall professional atmosphere. All test and exam were in a timely manner and courteous. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Wait time was a bit, but, it was busy for a weekday.

Incredibly poor customer service from Ashley. My frames I had them put new lenses in were damaged and no one had told me if that happens then its my responsibility to purchase replacements. I was not informed of that before sending them in nor given any waiver that she claimed I would have signed. Ive been going to their office for 15 years and will no longer be going there after the way she responded to me question as to why her staff would have never explained that to me. That it is somehow my problem, not a problem with their staff.
