I ordered glasses they were great until they broke. The ear piece broke off. They ordered me a new pair it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't heard anything so I called. I was told one of my lenses was scratched so they had to remake them and they would ship out the following Wednesday. So the Tues after that Wednesday I had not heard from them so I called and left a message. Did not hear from them so I called again before closing and they said they just got there. I went to pick them up the next day and they could not find them. Well apparently they ordered lenses but not the frames so luckily there were frames in the store that they took off the shelf. I went to wear them that night and there was something wrong. I had a halo affect when I put them on. I took them back but I just felt like I was a bother to them. And they said there was nothing wrong with them. I just feel like for one they should have called me when the lens got scratched to let me know it would be longer. I should have been called when they came in. Or at least called back if they weren't there yet. If they have time to sit around and talk to their boyfriends they have time to call customers. And be a little more friendlier.

I made an apt for May 09 for a child & myself. They call an hour prior to cancel because their insurance reader is down. They said we may pay full price, but would not be reimbursed once their ready was operational. We rescheduled for May 23. When we arrived, there was a handwritten note that they were experiencing a power outage and would open soon. We waited in the parking lot for a while because the other stores in that strip mall were open with power. No one opened the store. That was Saturday. No one called us to reschedule. I called them the following Thursday (@ 11:30). No apologies & no urgency to get us in (was hoping to get back in in a week or two). This is sad because we have liked all about eyes, but we have made appointments elsewhere.

They got us in quick, worked with my schedule to ensure all my kids could be seen, and were very kind and professional. We just came here for the first time after having issues with our old provider. However, I can tell already that this will be our new home for eye care!! We all really enjoyed the staff and provider at this location.

I work in Home Care. A client of mine bent her frames quite severely. I took them to All About Eyes for repair, certainly expecting to pay a fee for the repair. The Clinic Manager, Danielle Patteson, did a wonderful job repairing the frames, and did not charge for the repair. She did suggest purchasing heat-shrink tubing to help support the damaged joint. Fast forward a month, my client bent her glasses Again, but we did get the heat shink tubing. Went back to see Danielle the Clinic Manager. She not only repaired the frames Again, but also applied the heat-shrink tubing to the weakened joint. For no fee and with outstanding Skill in eyewear repair! Thank you, Danielle!

I've been coming here for a few years but the last few visits have been very unprofessional and unpleasant. The girl at the front desk is rude every time I'm in there, acts like I'm inconveniencing her by asking simple questions, and was extremely rude and condescending when I asked her a question about my insurance/the billing. I had an appointment but chose to give my business to another company in town because of the way she treats customers. I won't return and have shared my experience with my family who also currently go here for their exams.
