I had an appointment with Dr. Pace which I was actually looking forward to. There was no phone call whatsoever. Not only that but medication that I have always been prescribed like an SSRI that I've needed has been withheld at this center for me to be even more depressed. They keep pushing out appointments and making it difficult for me to maintain my Healthcare. I hope this changes and if so, then I will update.

Alliance didn't tell me I needed to bring in paperwork for disability and have it filled out before my visit. Somebody dropped the ball on that one and I have to pay the consequences. Luckily they had paperwork there for disability but it wasn't filled out and now we gotta have another appointment just for them to fill out the paperwork. I really wish somebody would have told me to get the paperwork and have it filled out first it makes sense and it would have made it a lot easier for everybody.

Avoid this organization. The front office and phone service are uninformed and unprofessional. They are easily confused by insurance issues and claim they no longer take HMOs in order to purge patients. If you see a doctor through them using an HMO, this can happen to you at any time. We spent ten months struggling to get appointments, being told that we were covered when making the appointment, but canceled on the day before the appointment. Be wary.

I am pleased that others have experienced satisfactory care at This clinic. Unfortunately, I have not been so lucky. I have some serious pain issues for a long time. These problems have brought into play a number of drugs that are closely monitored by the Federal government. This not only makes managing these drugs a matter for the local doctors, but extremely hard on the patient as well...I am also of an advanced age as well and find the whole system inhospitable in the extreme. Did I mention I am in pain as well?

I used to like going here but now I am switching cars due to the lack of communication and their malpractice. Firstly, I had a rough pregnancy and did not get the care I needed due to sectary errors. They would schedule me for an appointment, then would cancel it saying I had a different insurance which I did not. Then when I would reschedule it, they would run the correct insurance then schedule me and yet again I’d get a call saying they’re canceling due to me having a different insurance. Then after giving birth, I had a checkup for myself and my daughter. I was told my daughter could be seen early and to bring her in, we would be seen within 5-10 minutes. Mind you she is a new born with no vaccinations yet and it is flu season. They had us waiting for 40 minutes. I left extremely upset. They called and I basically told them how unprofessional this was. They said they would also send my prescription to my other pharmacy as I didn’t want to go back there. Well, they never sent the prescription to my pharmacy instead they filled it at their pharmacy without my knowledge. This prescription is extremely important for high blood pressure. At this point they lack on communicating, are highly unprofessional, and do not care about your health. Thank god I’m switching care.
