Dr. Kyle Smith is amazing. I have been going here for several years and would never go anywhere else. Dr. Smith is awesome with a witty sense of humor and he takes patient care very seriously. Sarah is equally amazing and stocks the most fabulous styles of frames you can get! I get compliments on all the frames I have purchased. Sarah and Dr Smith are a dynamic duo and I cannot recommend them enough!
We love coming to Dr. Smith and Sarah’s office. We love the care they take with us and their amazing customer service. They have a huge stock of amazing frames, more than you can find most places and some very unique frames. They take VSP insurance so we are in it for the long term! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This place!. I had my eyes examined there. The prescription never really worked. The glasses eventually broke. But heres the kicker. I am a school employee (bus driver), I can get one Eye Examine a year per my coverage. So after my glasses broke I called Healdsburg Optometry to get my prescription so I could get some more glasses. They WOULD NOT give it to me. Said i have to come in for another exam. I dont have the money to do that. So now someone who needs glasses for their job has to find another option. This seems illegal. Dont go here.
Amazing team and very informative. They have a great selection of glasses. The doctor is personable and thorough, front desk is friendly and super helpful! I love this place. Would definitely recommend!
