I had a pleasant visit to this office. The doctor's assistant was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She was very professional and knowledgeable when she examen me. Then I met the doctor, I have no complaints. He was also nice to me and explained me everything in detail about my concerns for why I asked to be seen.
I am a new patient and Dr Bartlett made me very comfortable and relaxed. He is professional and also very kind. The staff was very friendly and Shasta the surgical counselor was amazing she explained everything in detail. And I left with a good understanding of what is to come and how to prepare. I would highly recommend North Bay Eye Associates.
First of all, as I check on there is a welcoming feel to the office. Emily was very professional, conscientious, and polite while she gently completed my evaluations for Dr Bartlett. And Dr Bartlett was kind, personable and conscientious which I so appreciated. The young lady at the eyeglass center whose name escapes me, was equally professional and efficient. As always it’s a pleasure and worth my 3hours round trip to be seen by Dr Bartley and staff where I feel treated so personally. Thank you all.
I have received exceptionally personable and professional treatment from North Bay Eye Associates for at least the past twenty-five plus years. My last visit was no exception. Dr. Bacharach is an extraordinarily kind, caring, and critically/careful physician. I particularly appreciate this expansive and genuine approach coming from his staff, as well...no doubt inspired by Dr. Bacharach! He is truly such a special human being who obviously really loves what he is doing! Such an uplifting and rare experience!
I’ve been coming to North Bay Eye Associates for over a year now. Dr. Jas is fantastic. So thorough, kind, professional. I trust him. His assistant, Maria, is equally knowledgeable, caring, and gracious. All staff members are friendly too. I highly recommend them for your vision care.
