Took my 5 year old in for an eye exam, before she starts kindergarten in August, and she had a fantastic experience. There was attention to detail, great care, and I left with confidence my little one will be able to see books at story time! They even had a treasure box for her to choose a toy from at the end of our visit . 😊

I've had several treatments for my eyes and everyone has been extremely pleasant to work with. Dr. Christensen has worked hard to help me with my ocular rosacea. She and Tessa are great.
Dr. Christensen and her staff are very caring people. I especially liked the time that Dr. Christensen took to explain things. She was also ready with suggestions for who we should see to seek a cure for the problem that my brother is having.
During my visit to Allure Eyecare the attention and services provided by the team of employees were excellent. Starting with Taylor in the reception and at the end helping me to select eyeglasses frames of my choice, then Toni performed the preliminary eyes testing in a professional and friendly way, and then, Dr. Christensen who did my final evaluation in a very receptive and motivating/nice way.
Absolutely terrible. Tech who is also the office manager lied to me repeatedly claiming she had submitted a prior auth when my insurance confirmed she had not. She doesn't know how to submit prior auths and thinks they go through local pharmacies. Then she committed healthcare fraud and lied on the prior auth to get it approved instead of taking time to write an appeal with a justification, she chose to lie to my insurance company and pretend I wasnt on any other eye meds even though the first form she filled out clearly stated I was. The doctor did not care at all about any of this. The doctor spends a lot of time with you but is not a true dry eye specialist at all and will give you misdiagnosed to try to make money off you with glasses you don't need and are not there for (she wrote in my chart I have presbyopia...my near vision is 20/15 and I've seen 3 other eye doctors in 3 months who all said I do NOT need glasses!). At my first appointment, all she told me to do was rub castor oil on my eyelids at night and gave me a sample of a dangerous eye drop called Regener-eyes (Google it). I was in extreme discomfort and wanted actual science-backed medicine. I didn't trust her judgement much at all after that and only went back because there is a serious lack of decent dry eye specialists in the area. I will be adding more later. This place is not how they appear. The trch was extremely rude to me even from the first appointment when I just met her. Also, if you do need glasses, get them online for $30 at zenni. They were great!
