I can’t say enough good things about them. I wear a very unique pair of glasses. I been in search of replacements because My previous optometric retired. They were able to help me locate them. They would return phone calls unlike other places I checked out. The staff are so friendly and caring!!!
Made an appointment to get new glasses, had no idea what I was doing. The staff were very kind and patient, and helped me get a cheap price on my new glasses when my insurance wouldn't cover them. I got my new glasses today, and they are leagues better than my old ones. Definitely reccomend this business.
The doctor is very nice and friendly, but I found the staff to be somewhat lacking in skills. I've taken away two stars because the first issue is that there are no listed prices for the frames, and you always have to ask. The second issue is that I didn't receive my glass case or prescription until I specifically requested them.
I had a great visit with Diane Short at Insights Optical, she explained all the test we did and the staff was very friendly and made my visit comfortable. I would highly recommend this office for eye care.
The staff and Drs are the most friendliest bunch ever. My daughter has been in glasses since 8 months old and she doesn’t like to take em off. 🥰I would hate to go anywhere else oh and let me just say as far as the corona virus they was 100 plus on top of the cleanliness . JOB WELL DONE 👍🏼💯
