Dr. Palgon is one of the most professional and knowledgeable eye doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. My eyes have worsened as I have aged and I thought that I was resigned to not seeing distance, not seeing focused and not being able to see close up details. I was wrong! Dr. Palgon checked my eyes thoroughly and found that the prescription on my glasses was inaccurate and that I had an astigmatism in my eyes. What an amazing difference!!! Now, I can read the jumbotron clearly at events, can sew and crochet close up and drive at night confidently, seeing all of the road signs clearly and crisply in focus. Thank you, Dr. Palgon, for giving me back 20/20 vision.

This review is specifically for Dr. Allyson Palgon and her wonderful staff. Dr. Palgon is truly exceptional — highly professional, extremely thorough with her exams, compassionate, and incredibly patient. During my visit, she noticed something suspicious and immediately referred me to the right specialist for follow-up the very next day. She personally followed up with me from beginning to end and stayed on top of everything. Dr. Palgon went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care possible. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. She is also very knowledgeable and doesn’t rush through the exam. Instead, she takes her time, explains everything clearly, and ensures the measurements are absolutely accurate. I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The staff was also very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Overall, my experience was fabulous — Dr. Palgon and her team set the standard for what excellent eye care should be. Exceptional Care and Genuine Compassion I recently visited Dr. Allyson because I was having an issue with my vision, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I met her, she was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and provided excellent, thorough care. During my visit, Dr. Allyson noticed something concerning and immediately arranged for me to see another specialist and have additional tests done — all on the same day. Her quick action and genuine concern made a huge difference. What truly amazed me was that she even called later that evening to check on me — to see how I was feeling and to review what the tests had shown. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism, expertise, and heartfelt compassion. I’m extremely grateful for her care and dedication, and I would highly recommend Dr. Allyson to anyone looking for an optometrist who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Be careful and precise in what you want when you visit (and especially when you phone) this office. They are ambiguous and what is not clear they “turn” into new appointments or payment requests. After 3 years of visiting the place for my exams (including optos photos) they wanted to charge me an extra appointment for a technicality at the time of appointmentmet over the phone. At the site the evasion is “I don't do the appointments”. No problem, I went elsewhere.

Dra. Allyson is kind, beyond efficient (taking time to review her notes on my eyes w/me from 2014 when she rang the alarm about my optic nerve being larger than normal) and more than reasonably priced at Costco for such detail even if one must pay cash. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ doesn’t do her justice for such service in these days of such poor service and . Thank you. ..and then when I lost my record w/ the notes she was kind enough to repeat them in an email w/ said records. Wow. 👍👍 Wish I could bring my new Labrador boy with the eye problem to her too.
