Dr. Alan Faulkner and his team are A++. Like a well-oiled machine, they are super efficient and have every single question answered and every action covered before you even ask. Everyone is warm and efficient: I always felt like I was in good hands. The professionalism of everyone, from top to bottom, is impressive, but most importantly, my cataract surgeries were easy and successful. and I am so pleased with the results. I still have a few appointments to go for fine-tuning my vision, but this whole experience has been amazing. Mahalo nui to the entire Aloha Laser Team!

I had pterygium and PTR surgery done on both eyes here at aloha laser vision. With how extensive my process was it feels like I have seen just about everyone on the team at least once. I can say I’m very happy it was this place I chose. Every single one that helped me is the best! Extremely kind yet professional, they take the time to explain things to me and I always feel in good hands no matter who attended me. It’s genuinely hard to find any negatives.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aloha Laser Vision. It started with the front office staff, Lei and Rachel, who promptly and graciously greeted me. Keala, one of their COA, who made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Dr. Liz came in to explain all the findings with me thoroughly and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would absolutely recommend Aloha Laser Vision for their care for the patients and professionalism from the moment you step into their office and to the end of the appointment.

This was the hubby's first ever surgery. And to have a staff of this quality, this knowledgeable, calmed him. The results of his surgeries, due the skill sets of the entire staff let him focus on his recovery, which is going great. Note that if you own a big truck or big car the parking garage will be a challenge. Give yourself time to look for a spot. Eye surgery is scary and serious, and these are people who take your vision serious and the best part, they care.

Great service all around! I was pretty nervous and they were super patient and helpful in making sure I was taken care of! The team is great! And Dr. Faulkner makes a great treat for procedure day! They have simple and easy to follow instructions for before and after surgery, follow up is on point. They are a well oiled machine that has made thoughtful planning to make sure you’re comfortable. Family are able to come watch the procedure and they record the whole procedure on your phone if you want. Go meet them and see for yourself!
