LensCrafters

Upon entering the store I was happily greeted by all the staff. I was looking for my first pair of prescription sunglasses and I'm grateful that I was able to connect with Robert as he took great care of me. Robert was professional, friendly and incredibly kind as he fix the broken glasses that I was wearing that day very efficiently. I’ve been at other brands but by far I highly recommend to visit this location! All the operations went seamlessly as I was able to pick up my glasses within a week, I am definitely coming back here again! Mahalo all the staff for your outstanding service🙏🏻🤙🏻🌺

I came because my golden retriever sat on my glasses. Alexa immediately came to my rescue! She was patient and had very good attention to detail. She fixed my glasses and cleaned it within 5 minutes. Wonderful service, I think this will be my new go to shop!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Ala Moana LensCrafters, all thanks to Mason! I went in just needing a new pair of nose pads installed on my glasses, but Mason went above and beyond. Not only did he fix the nose pads quickly, but he also gave my frames a full tune-up adjustment and even cleaned the lenses so they looked brand new. His attention to detail, professionalism, and stellar customer service completely made my day. If you go to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Mason. He's the best!

Christian immediately welcomed and approached us upon entering LensCrafter. We asked him if he could help us fix a small and hopefully, easy problem. We were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. My mother is happy - I’m happy. An easy Mother’s Day weekend win for us. Thank you Christian and staff of LensCrafter.

Alexa at the Ala Moana store was amazing and FAST!!! I was there to repair both my glasses and she had it taken care of in less than 5 minutes!!! Thank you Alexa, you’re the best!!!
