The doctor and staff took their time and made sure I knew what was happening. I took off two stars because of the quality of the glasses themselves. I have progressive lenses and the magnification part on the bottom used for reading is a sliver of about 5mm which makes it almost impossible to use for reading. I paid PREMIUM PRICE and still had to go somewhere else to get a pair that is functional. I ordered from Zenni at a fraction of the price and now I have a good pair of glasses.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, and it’s always good service and nice people. It’s especially nice that I can order contacts and the insurance benefit gets applied right there; no messing around with submissions or reimbursements on my end.

I have been quite pleased with my experiences with Alpha Optical. Their entire staff is very friendly. The eye doctors are fantastic. I feel very comfortable asking questions and the doctors are quick to answer and are very thorough.

They do not follow Medicaid guidelines for children and still find a way to charge a copay and a bunch of other services that are supposed to be covered by insurance. Do not pay cash because they won't give you a receipt. Lack of communication between employees is an issue. Took me 3 appointments to get a prescription, but they made me pay in advance. ?? I gave them a try a few years ago and didn't like them. Gave them another chance, and they're actually worse now.

We had a wonderful experience here with my entire family. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They explained everything simply so that we all understood. They were timely and efficient. We would highly recommend this office.
