The front staff were very courteous, polite and professional. They were also very knowledgeable. Dr. Rivera is very transparent and cares about her patients.

Might of been one of the worst experiences i have ever had at any kind of medical officer ever. we were mis billed and someone else's insurance was used was used.. yes that's right someone else's insurance was used to bill me. When asking for an invoice on the differences was met with a rude rude response from the lady in the front. The Front officer people paid zero mind to what i was doing and help assist in picking out new glasses. The Dr was rude, almost had ZERO personally to anything. it finaly go to the point where i said forget it and left. Will never go back to that place again.
