great place, warm welcome and very good examination by Dr. Allison Hansen and her assistant who took my tests. Both explained the procedure and results as well as answered my questions. I did not have such a good experience since years, even if I had consultations at University Hospital Eye Clinics. Esmeralda, who helped me to pick out me new glasses and lenses, was also knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Thank you!

The level of care here was honestly, amazing. Everyone was so kind and patient. I felt like my doctor was genuinely excited about her job which made me excited. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Hansen was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, and I truly enjoyed my visit with her! One of the receptionists/assistants was also kind and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the financial coordinator (Esmeral) was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was immediately reprimanded for missing phone call(s) related to a power outage they were experiencing and the need to reschedule my appointment, despite having received only ONE call shortly before my appointment while I was driving (the call was made at 11:11am and my appointment was at 11:30am). The matter was communicated in a dismissive and unprofessional tone which felt unnecessary, especially as this was my first visit. While I understand that unexpected issues can arise, the situation could have been handled with greater professionalism and courtesy.

Ive been going here for years and have seen several different doctors.. Today I had Dr Hansen for the first time. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is very thorough. The optician was also great, as was the receptionist. Great experience from start to finish.

I highly recommend Pearlevision for your eye exam. They are budget friendly even if you don’t have insurance. I didn’t. I was able to connect with Dr. Hansen well and she was very friendly!
