After seeing the doctor here, I ordered new glasses. I was rushed to get them in time a for a driver's license renewal. Laura treated me with care and respect. I like that this is location is local, so my business stays on town. I like my new glasses, and I would recommend this business.

I have made two phone calls to ALPINE and both times, unbeknownst to the person answering the phone at ALPINE I was the same person. BOTH times I was treated as if they knew what I wanted before giving my information and request. BOTH times it seemed as if they had too much business and did not want to take on another customer. They are only seeing patients with medical necessity, and surprise, I have that! However, it was very odd how with each phone call I was given negative information, example, told about what they do not do, as if they already knew what I needed and that would not fit the criteria. Surprise, I did fit the criteria, so at that point she made sure to tell me they are BOOKED OUT THREE MONTHS, so there is that! It is VERY ODD! I think at that point after fighting to fit the criteria, I decided I would NOT want to see anyone at this clinic! The operator at ALPINE told me there are only two others who may work in Payson. I told her I CAN ALWAYS DRIVE DOWN TO THE VALLEY, 1.0 hours away. There I would find 100’s of providers. She seems shocked, “Oh, okay then!” Good luck getting an appointment at ALPINE.

Can’t say enough good things about Alpine, Laura in particular. She corrected something for me and was so kind.
