Alpine Vision

I am always nervous going into new offices because I've had... not terrible, but dicey experiences in the past when I knew I wasn't being taken care of. It was a different story today. The wonderful admin was organized, so sweet, and welcoming. The assistant was knowledgeable, made all of the tests a breeze, and was easy to talk to. Dr. Arbaugh was also personable, determined to find what was best for me and explained the "why" and "how" everything worked and what to expect in the future. Then, when I sat down to pick out some frames, the lovely associate happened to be pretty fantastic as well. Supportive, charismatic and honest! Never once did she push me into buying something extra or tell me an add on would be better when it really wouldn't benefit me with what I need. I am extatic to have found this place and am over the moon with my overall experience. Thank y'all so much for taking care of me! If I were better with names, I would have mentioned each of you individually.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Highly recommend if you are a Veteran. These folks were a class act from start to finish and Dr. Merryman was tremendously kind, thorough, and above all professional. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you genuinely feel valued and well informed. Amazing business!

Customer service was great, and loved all office staff. Only issue I had, was when I received my email with appointment information and asked to complete pre appointment documents. I did and sent them back, when I arrived I had to Re complete all documents. Again, not a reflection of the staff or business, just an inconvenience

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The front desk team made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer my questions about insurance and appointment details without making me feel rushed. The optometrist was incredibly thorough during my exam, explaining each step clearly and making sure I understood my options. I really appreciated how they listened carefully to my concerns and tailored their recommendations to fit my needs rather than pushing unnecessary products. When it came time to choose frames, Toni was patient and helpful, offering honest feedback and helping me find a pair that fits comfortably and looks great. Their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Overall, the entire experience was efficient, friendly, and professional.
