Dr John Haeseker took amazing care of me when it came to my eye exam. You could tell he was old school. I believe by they way he handled things that he probably treats all of his patients this way. My eyeglass prescription turned out to be great. The technician was professional, guided me in getting a pair of glasses that fit me perfectly, and obviously took great measurements for my progressive lenses. The lab did a great job as well. I would say the perfect experience.

I have always received wonderful service from the folks in the vision center. They are patient and helpful when my three picky and very different teenagers are choosing their glasses. Krysten was especially helpful in assisting my son with choosing attractive frames that work with his difficult prescription. I have to say they have also been wonderful about making adjustments and small repairs for my kids and myself.

The older woman with curly white hair and glasses has been rude and unprofessional to me every time I have visited this vision center. The last time I visited I dropped my prescription off to her specifically because as I was waiting for service she rudely informed me that her other customers would take a while. Called today to fill my prescription and they cannot find it so I am sure she lost it or misplaced my prescription after I explained to her I live 45 minutes away.

Dr. Bestwina is so wonderful! Her staff were friendly as well helping my 7 year old go through her first real eye exam. They were great with her from start to finish and I highly recommend seeing her!

Jenny was wonderful and patient. Helped me find glasses I purchased a few years ago and wanted to purchase again. She explained all the options and helped me understand what would work best for me.
