Highly recommend Altos Family Optometry, tucked away in Rancho Shopping Ctr, a few doors past Andronico's. It's so nice to work with real folks, who take the time to make needed adjustments to a frame, tweaking the tiny screws until the glasses really fit. No assembly-line treatment here! Edward was very knowledgeable -- even recommending a more effective brand of eye drops for dry eyes than my doctor could. My new Rx for computer glasses has made my work enjoyable again!

This place is really great! They will go above and beyond for you in the name of service, Edward pushed one of the glasses companies to issue a new pair of frames when there was a factory issue (which I really appreciated!). This is the spot to choose if you’re looking for quality and excellent service from start to finish :).
Best optometrist ever! Love Dr Lodenquai! Been taking care of us over 10+ years. Great with our daughters. Highly recommend!
I normally don’t leave bad reviews but my experience with this business left me compelled to share my interaction. Visit 1. Got a new reading prescription. Visit 2. Got a text message saying my glasses were ready. When I tried my new glasses on I could not read a thing. Luckily I had my old glasses with me. And asked them to measure the old and the new glasses to compare. They did and discovered that one lens was wrong; they entered the wrong number in the system. Visit 3. Got a text that my new glasses were ready. Tried them on but they were off; problems with the depth perception. Compared the new ones with the old ones. But the new ones were off; my vision was fragmented. I asked for a refund but they said a refund doesn’t apply b/c these were prescription glasses. At this point I asked them to measure my old glasses and use that prescription in the new ones. In essence I didn’t trust their new prescription anymore. Visit 4. Got a text message saying my glasses were ready. Got there but my glasses were not ready. Their system sent me the message even though the glasses were not ready. They didn’t apologize. Visit 5. Got new overly priced frames with my old prescription. The whole experience lasted from August 26th to October 7th.
My family has been using AFO for many years and alway enjoyed the professional staff and their patience. Their service options are extensive and very knowledgeable of most current vision products. Extra care and time is taken to ensure complete patient satisfaction in a very pleasurable environment.
