There was a problem with a pair of prescription sunglasses that were ordered for me. There were several delays and obstacles with me finally receiving my sunglasses. The staff was very patient and understanding even when I wasn't. In the end, they took real good care of me and made sure I came out whole in the process. I would recommend them to anyone...great personal care.
Dr Clyde and his staff are great. I called and got my appointment very quickly. Dr Clyde spent a lot of time with me and answered any questions that I had. My wife and I both picked out new glasses. Hands down this was the best eye doctor that I've ever seen. I'm very happy with my experience and never plan to go anywhere else.
My family and I have gone to Alvin Eye and Vision for years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Clyde is very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to make sure I have exactly what I need and fully understand all my options. I've truly never had a negative experience here.. highly recommend!
Fantastic experience at Alvin Eye & Vision. I wear progressive lenses and Dr Clyde was more thorough with his examination than any other optometrist I have ever seen. The quality of care, professionalism and attention to detail from Dr Clyde and the entire staff was outstanding. Overall just a great experience and worth the drive to Alvin. The best!
In a freak accident where my baby scratched my eye Dr. Levi Clyde got me in the office asap and had a 100% for perfect patient care! The front desk Veronica was just as amazing! Their appointment flexibility was great. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. The office is beautiful. I can’t recommend this facility enough! Thank you to this fantastic team. You guys are rockstars!
