Kurt was absolutely amazing! She helped me get my prescription Meta glasses and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. On top of that, she had a great sense of humor and made a few jokes that made me feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so professional and personable. Thank you, Kurt, for making this such a great experience. I really appreciate all of your help!

My Experience with the staff was excellent. However, the case provided for my prescription glasses appeared to be the size adequate for a childs pair of glasses. The material was extremely cheap. I am very disappointed with what I received after spending over $355.45
Had a great experience at this location! From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcome and everyone on the floor greets you. I booked a basic eye exam and filled out the form online, they quickly checked me in and told me to wait in the waiting area whilst they pulled up my paper work. The system wasn’t working so I had to fill it out again in person which was no big deal it literally took 2 min. The lady that took me into the first room to take my prescription and images of my eye was very sweet and kind! Walked me through the process without any issues and explained everything clearly, she also offered an added test for better views of my eyes but I declined. I kept blinking every time she did the air puff part and she was super patient and just repeated them for me. The doctor was so funny and so personable! She made the exam so easy and made me feel so comfortable, made conversation and made me laugh a few times Nicolas was also great, he answered every question I had about purchasing my glasses and upgrading any services I needed. I loved that everyone was kind and not sales-y at all! They weren’t pushy about any added services or products, they simply offered them and moved on if I said no. That actually made me upgrade to the exam plus two glasses instead of just the exam. Great experience! I wish every medical service was like this
Went to order my progressives there, the ladies helped me with the abundant choices. María is the Best! And Jeehann was very nice too. They were very knowledgeable and patient.
UPDATE: Ripoff!! They took my money and gave me nothing. I payed for glasses 8 weeks ago and they are still not delivered nor is anyone doing anything but say “there’s nothing they can do” I’m sorry, if someone pays for glasses and the glasses don’t show up what do you mean there’s nothing you can do? Aren’t you in the business of making the glasses? All I did was take the exam and give you money. It should not take 8 weeks to get my glasses. I need them for work! I even emailed (see business response below) and only got a “we will forward this” response and that was a week ago. Atrocious business. ORIGINAL REVIEW >:( I never expected that buying a simple pair of glasses would turn into a six‑week ordeal but America’s Best managed to make it happen. I’ve been a loyal customer 10+ years, but something has changed, and not for the better. When my three year old glasses finally broke and the coatings crackled, I went to the Dania Pointe location on February 5th, 2026 for a new exam. The appointment felt rushed from the moment I sat down, but I trusted the process. Two weeks later, my glasses arrived - with the wrong prescription. So on February 20th, I went to the Hallandale location for another exam and placed a new order. They promised the glasses would be ready in a week and a half. Two weeks passed. Nothing. When I called, I was told the lenses had “broken in transport” but would be ready by Monday, March 9th, and that I’d receive a call. March 18th rolled around with no update, so I called again. This time, the person on the phone casually told me there were no glasses at all and they’d call when they arrived. I calmly explained I had already gone six weeks without glasses after buying them and was last told they’d arrive over a week ago. He AUDIBLY SIGHED, took my information, promised to call me back in half an hour - and never did. At this point, I’m giving America’s Best one star because I paid for new glasses and have been forced to wear the broken scratched up ones in the photo for a month and a half with no clue when, if ever, I’ll have the new ones because they’ve taken to lying and blowing me off. The service, communication, and accountability have completely fallen apart. After years of loyalty, this experience has made it clear: they’re no longer the company they used to be.
