My wife had an appointment at the Cutler Bay store. They started off by actually seeing her on time. The first technician was very good, explained each step of the tests. Then we were sent to the optometrist, who checked my wife's vision more deeply and made the prescription. After a few minutes waiting, Carlos helped us to chose the best frames and we were on our way in no time at all. The entire personnel is fantastic, from the GM who greeted us at the front desk to the final details with Carlos, who deserves a special recognition for being patient and knowledgeable. His customer service skills are fantastic. Very happy with the experience and we will returning

I had an excellent experience at America’s Best in Cutler Bay. The service was outstanding, fast, and professional. My wait time was only about 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Dr. Alfonso, as well as Lidice and Veronica, who truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Whether you’re getting an eye exam, prescription glasses, or contact lenses, they make the entire process easy and comfortable. This visit was especially meaningful because it was my daughter’s first time getting contact lenses. They were incredibly patient and used an excellent teaching approach that helped her feel confident and comfortable throughout the fitting process. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care. They offer excellent products, great prices, and, without a doubt, the best staff. Thank you for making our experience such a positive one!

The staff at the quail roost location was very friendly and helpful. Lidice was able to find frames that would fit my face and provided me a good price with the discounts. She also helped fix my old frames with the nosepiece. Overall a great experience!
