Since this was my first time needing glasses, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Conner and Jennifer made the entire process so easy and pleasant. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find what was right for me. I truly appreciate how comfortable they made the experience. I highly recommend them and am so grateful for their excellent customer service!

I order contacts for astigmatism. I thought it was something I had to get used to. How they fit was irritating and I couldn’t see near sighted. I went back for a follow up. I thought since I had opened the boxes I would be unable to return the product. Jennifer was exceptionally professional but more than that she was personable and compassionate. The doctor changed my toric to multi focal and Jennifer worked out the ability to refund the original prescription. I can’t express what a blessing this was and how my spirit was lifted. Thank you Jen for your kindness. Above and beyond!

Oh my goodness! It’s the best place he’s ever been. Sooooo advanced like really advanced. You see two different people before seeing the doctor and they are so thorough and check for a lot But the best part is the doctor actually spends a lot of time with you. They talk about your overall health too and they’re not rushing you. Crazy part is the doctor and the last tech you see are both remote. They can perform the whole exam remotely and it’s insane how accurate and good it is. Dr. Ashanti Bass is a gem and Alyssa and Sabrina are absolutely incredible. I give this place a 10/10

I went to Americas Best in Palm Coast Florida because I’ve never had contacts and thought I would try them! I went in for my exam and they ordered my trial lenses! They told me they would take 7 days I called about 8 days later and they told me they would take 14 days and would call me! I still hadn’t heard from them over 2 weeks later so called and the manager answered and said oh no they never ordered them. She says I will order them and give you free trials. I then get a call about 7 days later that they are in and I would have to come in to learn how to use them. I go in on my appointment date and watch a video and the lady try’s to help me but then she says you should be able to see far I then said I need both near and far, she says they weren’t ordered right I will reorder them! About 7 days later I get a call that my contacts are in they make an appointment for me to come in and have the class again I go in at my date and time and they tell me no one is there to help me! I then said well I already sat with someone the first time when they were wrong let me go home and see if I can do it and if I can’t I will call and reschedule! I scheduled for today at 230 I am now sitting here because supposedly the lady at the desk can’t leave the desk to help me and the other person left and I have to wait till she comes back! I begin to tell her everything that has happened so far staying calm when inside I am pissed! The phone ribgs she excuses herself I stood there for a minute or two while she was on the phone with another customer I sit down I am now waiting and nobody has said anything else to me! So I have no clue when this person is coming back and there is no concern for what had transpired or to even give me a clue on how long it will be before this other person comes back! I now just asked how long this other person will be she tells me an hour and says she is just finishing checking others in and she will help me! I feel bad for the women who is trying to help but this is now just the most ridiculous, unprofessional, of handling business! I know none of these employees do the schedule but we need to do better! I also will be calling corporate on Monday! This is unacceptable and no consideration for my time! Sabrina is doing everything to try to accommodate me!

Jenn at America’s Best delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. Because of her exceptional service, I won’t shop anywhere else. She’s a true asset to the company.
