I had a completely different and wonderful experience at this location. After a frustrating situation at another store, I came here and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager Rushelle was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I signed in. She made me feel welcomed and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. When I came back to pick up my glasses, Felix assisted me and he was amazing. He was very patient, helped me try on the glasses, and made sure they fit well and weren’t too big for my face. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Felix also gave me great advice on how to properly clean my eyeglasses, which I really appreciated. He also provided a hard case and a microfiber cleaning cloth, which was very thoughtful — especially compared to my previous experience at another location where I only received an envelope. Both Rushelle and Felix provided excellent customer service and made this experience so much better. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location!

At the 11040 Pines Boulevard store in Pembroke Pines, Florida, The service was prompt and the staff was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They were extremely courteous and friendly wich made for a very wonderful and easy experience. I would definitely recommend America’s Best to my friends and family.

I visited American Best last week at the Pines Boulevard location, and I had a great experience with Rashele. I was switching from glasses to contact lenses for the first time, and she was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully explain everything to me, including how to put in and remove the contacts properly. I really appreciated her kindness and attention, and she made me feel very comfortable and confident. Excellent customer service!

I purchased some glasses from you guys picked them up. They were wobbly on one side. I advised the guy white male that one side was loose. He tightened it. I came back. He tightened it again now that they are loose more and broke because of him tightening it not recommending another option there’s nothing this place can do for me. I called in yesterday. Explained my issue. A guy advised me to bring them in. They can fix them now that I bring them in. They can’t fix them and claim my warranty has expired. I have no control over when the glasses will break. There should always be warranty on them. I can’t even get a discount on another pair because your guy damaged them and did not advise me they were going to break eventually they were not inspected properly because they were loose and came loose twice now that he has tightened them so they can’t come loose they break. I will take my business elsewhere. They were loose when I tried them on, and I was told they can be tightened and I can still purchase them. Had I known they will continue to be loose and eventually fall apart I will not have purchased them, but because you guys were willing to just take my money and not be honest with me I will not use you guys again. I been with you all for years and this location seems to not care .
