I had an excellent experience at America’s Best! Delaiah and Iris were both incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their outstanding customer service and positive attitudes truly made a difference. I felt welcomed and well cared for from start to finish. It started off a little rough with the lady at the front desk, but The associate Lydia was amazing. She was very funny. Great customer service and she also gave me a lot of knowledge when it came to taking care of my glasses things that I should include with my glasses things that I should purchase and she just was overall amazing. I rate her service 10 out of 10 and because of her it changed the way how I felt leaving versus how I came in. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ also The optometrist Dr. Natalie Hernandez She was also amazing with how she examined my eyes and she even gave me a coupon for eye drops recommended for itchy, eyes great service and her attitude Was amazing thank you you guys

We ordered new glasses and contacts today. I also got new Ray-Ban sunglasses, Limited additions! Eyewear specialist Alen was so great, attentive and helped choose lenses.

The good: They were able to accommodate an earlier appointment then what I had scheduled. The bad: It was extremely crowded when I arrived, but eventually they were able to take care of the other patients and clear them out. The review: Overall they displayed good speedy customer service. The prices were reasonable as well.
