I had an excellent experience at this location! The eye exam was thorough, quick, and the optometrist took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to picking out my frames and explaining the pricing options clear and upfront. Getting two pairs of glasses and a free exam is an unbeatable deal. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for affordable and professional eye care!

First time visiting the South Lakeland location and I will definitely be back. Front desk associate was very friendly upon arrival. Dr. Neal answered all my questions and was very thorough with my eye exam. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Hashimotos so I struggle a lot with my vision. At the end I was helped by Desiree, I’m hoping I spelled name correctly. She was the most helpful and caring worker I came across today at this location.

I’ve visited this location twice and had a negative experience both times with the same gray, short-haired employee. On my most recent visit, I was prepared to purchase a pair of glasses. However, due to her dismissive attitude and lack of customer service, I chose to leave and complete my purchase elsewhere. During my first visit, I came in to pick up a pair of glasses I had ordered in another state. I requested an adjustment, but after it was made, the fit was worse. She then placed the glasses in a bag without offering me the opportunity to try them on again and walked away to assist other customers. At the time, I assumed it may have been an isolated issue. Based on these repeated experiences, I found the service to be unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.

Hello Everyone……. Do not go. Today was not good service both the doctor and the tech who examined me prior to the doctor. When a patient declines a service 3 times it will make you feel uncomfortable. Am I a sale or a patient and why was I pushed aside after I declined an Added service and why was it not communicated. I will go where I am appreciated….. Guys go anywhere but here

Set up an appointment and went in for an examination and order some glasses. Visit and staff was helpful with it all. Waited almost 2 weeks for my glasses only to find out the order was cancelled for unknown reasons. Didn’t get a call, email or anything from the store or anyone else. Had to make a whole new appointment just to start this dang process all over again. Not happy at all with this mess and doubt anything will be done to make it right.
