Outstanding experience from start to finish I had a truly excellent experience at LensCrafters. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely attentive, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. The doctor deserves special recognition — very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The eye exam was detailed, and everything was explained clearly, which gave me great confidence in the care I received. Additionally, Peyton, who assisted me in selecting my glasses was fantastic. They were patient, honest, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to help me find frames that fit my needs, style, and comfort perfectly. Overall, this location provides outstanding customer service, professionalism, and quality care. I highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for a great eye care experience.

I was very pleased with my visit at this store. Dr. Brian was very professional, he explained every aspect of my eye exam in detail. I want to give a special thanks to Leilani, the sales associate. She was phenomenal! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Her dedication and professionalism speaks volume for this store. I highly recommend a visit to this location. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of service we received.

I had a great experience at the North Lakeland (US 98) LensCrafters location. My prescription was a bit complicated after a prior bad exam, needing reading, computer, and progressive/transitional lenses, but Dr. Brian Nguyen, OD redid the exam and significantly improved my prescription. Lisa helped with initial transition lens support, and Stacy even stepped in to personally handle the choices and fitting, which says a lot about the level of care. The whole team made the process smooth, professional, and easy. I’d definitely recommend this location for anyone needing quality eye care.
