Love going to Amerixa's Best. The place is always cleaned and organized. Makes you feel good to be there. As well as their equipment is up to standards and with the best technology. The staff always welcome their clients with a smile and resdy to answer your questions and concerns. Julie as always makes sure you're comfortable. She is a people's person and treats you with respect taking her time to make sure you get the best service. Definitely recommend the location on Okeechobee in West Palm Beach. Ask for Julie, she will make sure you are taken care off and provided with the best service.

Went to Americas Best today and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service from Patricia and Jay the moment I stepped through the door. This was my first time visiting and everything went so smoothly and quickly thanks to Patricia. I appreciate her so much for making this process so much more easier and being patient with me during the exam because the of the pressure test portion of the exam (which always makes me jump) lol and making me feel comfortable and safe with her humor from the moment I came in. The doctor was also very kind to me during the brief moment I did spend with him going over options and doing the last portion of my exam.

My recent visit was as delightful as my previous 3 annual visits. Dr. Baydowicz is gracious, knowledgeable and has some of the best "bed side manners" of any health provider that I've visited. I look forward to my exams with her. Also, Vekita was extremely pleasant and patient. She tolerated my back and forth, on and off with multiple pairs of frames until I was comfortable. I never detected an ounce of frustration or annoyance. She was terrific! Go team!

I absolutely love this location of America’s Best, my family has been going here for years, since this location opened. Yesterday I stopped in with what I would consider to be way too many questions about purchasing contacts. However, the young lady at the front desk, Tanya, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel like every question I asked was important, because she had so much patience and was so kind. I was very happy when I left there. If you’ve never been to this location, I suggest you give it a try.

From the time I walked in, until the time I left I was very impressed with America's Best. I feel fortunate to have encountered Vekita, one of the sales representatives. She greeted me with a smile and listened to what I was looking for. Given the difficult prescription for my eyes lenses she educated me on the type of lens that would work best. She also walked through and explained all the different options I had to go along with my lens. She was so knowledgeable and personable right up until the end when she said thank you for coming in. I definitely would recommend America's Best. If you can find Vekita you will be in good hands
