My wife set an appointment over the phone and notified them of an examination only. We went there and they tried to pressure her to buy a pair of extremely overpriced glasses. We came for exam only. While we waited I ask to have a pair of my own glasses adjusted. One lense was not properly hooked into the frame... They told me they couldn't fix it because of how thick the lenses are. I just bought an eye glass repair kit and fixed them myself in under 10 minutes. Smh the women at the front are lazy and just stand there to talk amongst themselves... that's what they get paid for. Give them any actual work and they'll come up with some bs excuse on how they can't do this or that... its your job you should know and not come up with the weakest excuses. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The atmosphere was inviting, clean, not crowded. We were acknowledged right away and the staff was great from front desk to the doctor’s assistant, very nice and friendly girls :) The doctor .. could not say better things, Amazing experience, very knowledgeable and straight forward as I like it. My husband is a bit slower than I am, and she still found the patience and cater to him as good as she did with me. 5-stars to her. Our sales person also, knowledgeable, accommodating, straight forward, and even thought they must sell respected our choices and decisions. I felt comfortable and not pressured. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
I had an amazing experience, its definitely not your typical eye glass places. They actually have real License Doctors on site and they provide the best services ever. I did few exams so I can see perfectly. I haven't seen my world this perfect in a while. I recommend Advanced Vision to everyone. They have a variety of choices for glasses and I couldn't be happier and I also got my contacts. So happy I found this place. Please try and visit them, all you would be is a satisfied customer.
I recommend checking prices on your phone before you purchase designer frames at this store. As you can see YSL frame sticker is $759. Same frame everywhere else is around $300. They also charge x3 more ($138 for poly lenses when everywhere else it’s about $50) for any prescription lenses and adds $99 to make it tinted. I’m not saying the product is bad, however the prices are extremely high. Do your research before you buy.
Initially after getting an eye exam for prescription glasses I had left a great review for these people.. Turns out they gave me the wrong prescription and by wrong I mean horribly wrong not just a little off. I used this prescription to order safety glasses for work. Needless to say after finding out the prescription is wrong and sending the glasses back about a month ago I contacted & spoke to the receptionist who told me that it's my fault that my prescription is wrong and I could pay to have another eye exam. On my day off following this conversation I stopped in and asked to speak to a manager. I was told a person in charge was there in the back with a patient for a short time. Unfortunately while I was waiting that person decided it was more important to leave even knowing that I had showed up in regard to this situation. I was told to make an appointment and then I could speak to someone about the issue the following Monday. I informed them that Friday is my only day off. And they said well that's their bosses day off too and kept telling me to make an appointment for Monday again and again like broken records. Clearly not impressed with this place at all at this point. The customer service seems okay when they're taking money out of your hand but if there's an issue this is how they handle things apparently. So I made another appointment to get an eye exam just a little ways down the road. And those people had no problem giving me the perfect prescription. 🌞✨
