My glasses (bought from a separate company) have been broken for over a month so I went here about 2 weeks ago to order a new pair for me and my brother. His came in today but mines hasn’t, from the third party taking a bit more time on mines, which is to be expected by the very fun style I had choosen. It had me a bit worried, as at the moment, my glasses were held together with a popsicle stick and tape, due to glue not working anymore, and my graduation coming up in a few days. So, once I went to picked them up, Margarita— a very nice women who me and my mother had the pleasure of speaking to last time we had visited— had offered to fix them. The model I have, though seems simple, is really unique and broke right before the spring part of the glasses. She spent about an hour trying ways to fix it. As, halfway through, a bunch of people came in so she was also trying to help them, as a front desk lady. It was well worth the wait as she was able to replace one of the arms with one that was around the same length and similar enough thickness. Finally I was able to have these glasses sit nicely on my face and not give me dizziness for the first time in a month! I’m so thankful for Margarita, she is amazing! If you need glasses fixed, she has your back
