Came here with my whole family, I would highly recommend this office. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The doctor was very knowledgeable and patient, she answered my questions and explained everything clearly. I also found some great frames with the help of the opticians. We felt very well cared for and would definitely return.

I came along for my girlfriend's appointment. I've also had my own appointments in the past. It's a wonderful experience. The entire staff was great. But, our optician Kathy. She's my boy we had the best time. An hour or so of laughs she made the entire experience great. If you have a chance to sit down with her you won't find anyone better. Helpful and a lovely sense of humour. My girlfriend said she was like a nice version of my mother, we all lost it. 11/10 this is where and who you need for all your vision needs. Thank you guys for a great experience.
Truly ridiculous place. I went in at the end of February for a scheduled exam and glasses. This was my first time getting a real eye exam and real glasses. After the exam, I was half-heartedly greeted by Muriel. I was browsing frames, she pulled a few for me to look at and I made my selections. That is where her help ended. She sat me down at a desk and proceeded to process my prescription and barely spoke to me. She explained nothing - took a photo of my eyes for measurement purposes, charged me almost $300 and sent me on my way with the information that my glasses would be ready in about 2 weeks. I assume this is because they were closing soon and she had zero interest in actually helping me. Fast forward to two weeks later, and I get a text that my glasses are ready. I'm excited because I really need them. I get to the store and try them on and I CANNOT SEE A THING. NOTHING. The world is blurry. I am seated at a different desk and helped by someone else (her name escapes me). She was friendly, and starts explaining that Muriel ordered me reading glasses. WHY would I spend that kind of money on something I can get at WalMart for $20? When I explained what I wanted, she said "Oh, you need progressives! Do you know which level you want?" I then tell her I had no clue what she is speaking about, as Muriel told me NOTHING - reiterated this was my first time getting prescription glasses and had no clue. She then explains a little bit, and the Assistant Manager, Edna, takes over. She goes over everything, and explains that I need this advanced level of progressives, and need to pay another almost $200 for them. I tell her no, I should have been told that to begin with. She agrees to re-order my glasses with the progressive lenses, and it will be another 2 weeks until they are ready. Ok then. Two more weeks go by, and I get another text that my glasses are ready. I go in, and they are better than they were but I still cant read well. Edna "teaches" me how to use them and says it'll take a couple of days to get used to. So...off I go again. By the next morning, I had a migraine. I couldn't see my computer to work unless I tilted my head all the way back like I am looking at the ceiling and then look through the teeniest strip of the bottom. No human can work like that. At that point I am fed up. I call corporate, the associated calls the store and arranges for me to return the glasses - but not the $100 for the exam. I go in a few days later, return them and I'm back to my cheaters. By this point, I have taken 4 hours off of work without pay to deal with all of this, and driven 20 minutes each way, 3 separate times. Truly the worst experience. I am not even sure my exam was correct, to be honest. The Dr. barely spoke to me, didn't explain anything either. This is what I get for not having insurance and trying to protect my eyesight. If I wasn't so fed up, I would fight for my exam cost back as well. Honestly, ridiculous. And the cherry on the sundae - I just got a call from the store checking in on my glasses and how I'm doing. Really? Just unreal.
Never was informed of lightweight lenses. Received two unreturnable pairs that I cannot wear. Was only informed about them weeks after I already paid for them.
Got the cutest frames! Also the associate that helped me, Kathy, was SO funny and made the visit so nice. She laughed along with my husband and I and we will definitely go back to work with her to get my husbands new glasses!
