Dr. Ronald Baldwin is excellent. I never felt rushed even when I had problems discriminating between several pictures on the test. He was very patient and kind. Sherrie went over and above in guiding me through the frame and lens decisions. She was very intelligent and knowledgeable about choosing the correct lens nd frames for my particular needs. The tech was helpful when I needed extra instruction on the new technology. She spoke in calming tones. The new technology can be intimidating but was no problem because of her guidance and patience.

Dr. Baldwin was great and the staff is very friendly and professional. He advised of all options available for my needs and advised of pros and cons of each. Currently trying the first option and will go from there. They also have a large selection of frames, which I appreciate as I plan on getting a new pair as a backup from my contacts.
Dr Baldwin and his staff were very competent and knowledgeable about all my questions and concerns! AND my glasses were ready, earlier than expected, on the day I was supposed to fly home! I was able to whip in, get them fitted properly and made my airplane with time to spare! And they are BEAUTIFUL!
Used to be able to decide if you wanted to have your eyes dilated and pay the cost if not covered by insurance. Now you are not given the option and they force you to get the optomap exam or you won’t be seen. My insurance does not cover it so I’m forced to pay $39 for this. Nothing more than a money grab by the facility. I just had the same exact test done 3 days earlier by the VA and I tried to explain that to them but they didn’t care. I wanted to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses as the VA will not provide those so I had no choice but to pay the extortion fee. Using the VA for ALL my eye red from here on out. Everything else about the visit was fine.
One of the worst expierences I’ve had with a doctor. There wasn’t room for communication, he didn’t even perform an eye exam on me before giving me two ultimatums of “solutions”, and overall tone was rude and snippy. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or what the case was but that doesn’t justify the terrible expirence I had. Truly unfortunate because the LensCrafters location is nice and the rest of the staff was very pleasant but that can’t make up for a doctor with no empathy for his patients.
