America's Best

I had such a wonderful experience at America’s Best! Kathi and Shelly were absolutely amazing. They took the time to help me find frames that worked for me, gave me genuinely honest opinions, and never made me feel rushed. They also carefully went over both of my vision insurance plans to make sure I understood my benefits and was getting the most for my money. I really appreciated the extra effort and attention they gave me. Dr. Leeds was also incredibly thorough, kind, and compassionate. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel heard and cared for, even though the office was very busy. The entire experience was friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. I left with two pairs of glasses I love and felt like the staff truly cared about helping me make the best choices. Thank you, Kathi, Shelly, and Dr. Leeds! Highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of glasses online and they sent the wrong ones. I sent them back and reordered the same glasses and they came wrong yet again. I then called the store and spoke to the manager Katie and she was so accommodating and told me to come in and she would take care of me. I went to the store at Cocoplum Plaza today and she directed me to Chantelle. Between the two of them, they got me squared away and were sure to listen to all of my concerns and order the proper pair. I was losing faith in America's Best, until Katie and Chantelle restored it. I will definitely be ordering my future glasses from this store. NOT ONLINE. Thanks Katie and Chantelle for your awesome customer service and prompt help with the matter.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at America's Best. My appointment was at 5:20 PM and it is now 7:20 PM — TWO HOURS later — and I’m STILL sitting in the waiting room after the store has already closed. What makes it even worse is this exact same thing happened the last time I came here. Clearly this location has no respect for customers’ time and has learned absolutely nothing from previous complaints. If you’re going to schedule appointments, maybe try honoring them instead of treating people like cattle in a DMV waiting room from 1987. Don’t overbook your staff and then leave customers stranded for hours with zero communication, zero updates, and zero accountability. At this point, “appointment” apparently just means “show up whenever and sacrifice your entire evening.” I will never come back to this location again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it unless you enjoy wasting half your night sitting in a lobby wondering if anyone even remembers you’re there.

I had a 3pm appointment and arrived at 2:50. When it was 3pm , two women went into the room ahead of me. I went to the front desk and was told they had a 2:30pm and 2:50pm appointment. So I was on time and they were a half hour late. I guess being 30 minutes late for an appointment doesn’t matter. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’m now taking my business elsewhere. I will me telling everyone I know not to go to your business.

Once again for the 2nd year in a roll... I am waiting over an hour for my appointment. Whoever runs this location should be fired. Why are they over booking and pissing off patients? I work hard for a living and schedulemy appointment around my lunch hour. This tardiness is costing me an honest wage! Why is your time more important than mine. Very disappointed.
