Been a satisfied patient for over six years until now. All I can say is be prepared to jump through hoops or better yet, just stay away, go elsewhere. This place was good until it was taken over by Quigley and then many doctors left. I make my annual vision appointment for June 2025. This appointment gets rescheduled for August 2025, fine. I get a call the week before the August appointment that the provider's schedule has changed and my appointment is canceled. Alright, I make a third appointment for September 3, 2025. I jump through all the hoops for confirming, registering, confirming again for this appointment. I arrived and am informed this visit was made as a medical vision visit, not the regular appointment I've had for the past six years. I have no medical eye issues. I don't need a medical eye exam, and no, I don't owe you a $40 copay. It is a $10 copay, like I've always had. But then I'm told since this was booked as a medical eye visit, it can't be changed. I'll need to take the appointment as is or reschedule and come back. Oh and she says, the medical insurance won't cover the refraction, so you'll owe the $75 refraction fee as well. I say oh no. I am here, I took time off from work, I had to get coverage for my work absence, can't the doctor just see me? Just change the appointment to what it is supposed (and always has been) to be? No, we can't, she says. So I am forced to make another appointment for my annual eye exam for the end of this month, take time off again, find coverage, just because whoever booked my appointment on their end booked me a medical eye exam unknown to me. No accountability. Just someone made an error and didn't ask or look at my past history of appointments to know what was needed. Be aware who you're dealing with and what they're booking. Too bad they're not the small establishment they used to be. Sad.

Was not impressed at all! I was told my rx didn’t change at all then came out with an rx for reading glasses??? I’ve been wearing progressives for almost 20 years! They also had records of every prescription drug I’ve ever taken when I never signed anything saying they could even look at my records! I take 2 bp rxs and they had me on about 25 other rxs! What happened to HIPPA? I won’t go back……ever!
Our daughter has been waiting since August for contacts. Now we are in January and we were told that the doctor has to call you tomorrow. All I can say is never will we be back there for anything. This place has no morals.
Cassandra is awesome! Super nice. Don't believe these other reviews. They must be before she got there. -Chase (Metro Courier)
Worst place to have your eye exam. Awful overall experience. Wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone here.
