I don’t write many negative reviews so this is kind of difficult for me. I had an appointment at 4 o’clock and didn’t get in the chair until 5:00. My appointment was finally finished at 5:45. Erin was my physicians assistant, and she was good at her job, but she was very preoccupied with her phone. So much that she was checking social media notifications when performing my glaucoma and pressure test. The virtual doctor part was a little frustrating because everything that I had told the assistant that was important to me about the visit was not relayed to the doctor and I had to go through it all again. In my opinion, this set up is not as effective as having a doctor in the house.
