I had such a wonderful experience at American Best Eyeglasses in Kissimmee, From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's not often you find a team that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I went to get the contact lenses class and amnerys was really helpful and patient since is my first time wearing contact lenses, she shows me the right way to put them on and take them off and the way she explain me it was really good. She did a great job.

They may overbill you for covered contacts. Call and verify your bill details because the invoice doesn't have any. And then you may need to call again even after they admitted wrongful billing. I've had the same insurance for years and same contacts for years. We recently moved so I decided to go to here for my exam and contacts. The lady checking me out confirmed that these were covered by my insurance. 5 months later I get a bill for my contacts for $135 with no details/ I called the phone number on the bill and the support person said they billed it correctly. I asked what does the billing code say or details. " I can't see that on my end but its billed correctly". I asked if to speak to someone who can tell me the details because this sounds like a scam. A manager says it was billed as non-formulated (not a brand fully covered by my insurance) and that it was billed correctly. I asked him to look at the brand and look at the insurance, "Oops you're right this brand is covered by your insurance. We'll get that correct for you". I got a case number if I needed to follow up. Well, they sent another bill for the same amount.... so they never fixed the bill.

I want to say the Kissimmee facility is very detailed in your appointment, you will be notified many times, if you are late don't blame them they have their act together and everything is very efficient and flows smoothly. All the doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable The staff out front is product detailed and explained everything with precision. It took nine business days to get my glasses progressive that is back fitted and out the door which out the door was in 10 minutes from pick up time. All I can say is great job to that Kissimmee team and their management staff ignore the people on here who complain and give you one star about their failure to show up to their appointment on time Don't blame traffic we all have the same thing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family and I have been patients/ costumers of America’s Best for many, many years! Most recently, we made all of our appointments on the same Saturday morning, one right after the other after the other. We were each completely overdue for our updated prescription glasses/contacts and knew it was absolutely becoming imperative to be seen and invest our time and finances into our ophthalmology needs! With that being said, we chose the location that offered the soonest appointments available to fit our schedules. Upon walking into the front door we were all welcomed with a professionalism and a smile! Our demographics and such were kindly confirmed and they welcomed our family, inviting us to make ourselves comfortable and they be with us as soon as possible. And if you wear glasses, then you know it’s best to begin the process of picking out the “perfect” pair(s) pre consultation! And so that’s what we did. Before we knew it, our first appointment name was called back to begin the process. And boy oh boy did she find thee most classy, trendy, professional, flattering to her cheek bones and distinct eye shape frames hands down! Next up was myself and my eyesight had been deteriorating quickly over the last year or so it seemed. They offered to dilate my eyes and do the retinal check as well and it was the best choice for my situation! I had the hardest time finding the perfect frames, but chose 3 that flattered my features as well! Next up my husband was called back! I think he must have picked out his flattering frames in like 4 minutes and knew he was getting his contacts while there same day. That morning turned into that afternoon and our family invested in 6 pairs of brand new beautiful and sensible glasses and 2 packs of updated prescription contacts! And here is the reason I’m taking this moment to write a Review! This is for you, Sarah! Sarah was kind, patient, answered every one of our questions, looked into every avenue of our inquiries, took the time to explain our daughter’s bill as the one who completed her transaction hadn’t taken that time to do so! Sarah made light of our experience with her compassionate personality and laughter as she professionally continued to inform us of the care plans and then there was my situation. It was official. Progressive glasses, here we come. She used technology and common sense mixed with patience , grace, and reassurance as she utilized her intuitive “going above and beyond” natural customer service skills and expertise to calmly assure me with great explanations all the while respectively speaking with us as a family unit the expectations of the products she believed in~willingly and effectively sharing the quality and expectations that these glasses would help me see clearly than I had in longer than I’d like to recall! Sarah, sight is a gift. Sarah, insight is a gift. Sarah, you are a light amongst us and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is blessed to have you representing their company and caring for your patients!!!!
