I had a great experience with Jo, the optician, at America’s Best! She helped me fix my lens after it had broken, and she worked really hard to get everything taken care of. She was patient, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. Thank you, Jo, for the great service!

America's Best in St. Augustine, 200 CBL Drive location, is truly a wonderful eyeglass store! The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful and ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience; from your eye exam, to assisting you with glasses or contacts or both. They are very familiar with your insurance company and make your transaction hasslefree. All of the employees work together as a work family unit. The atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant. I've been there twice now and whether they are busy or not, you always feel like you are the only person in the store. All the employees are Amazing! A special shout out to Linda and Dr. Xin!

I was visiting family in St Augustine when I lost one of my contacts. I use America’s Best at home so we went there in hopes of buying a replacement. They didn’t have a box with my rx in stock but they did have a sample they let me have. Super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I had an outstanding experience at America’s Best Eyecare + Eyewear. We were traveling from out of town and needed help processing a prescription for my son, and the entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. Nina and Judith were absolutely exceptional. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this refreshing and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The staff here truly sets this location apart. DO NOT HO HERE!! The DMV wanted me to have my eyes tested so I went to this America’s Best eyeglass location. I tested in at 40/20 both eyes which is within Florida’s 50/20 limits, but the Dr still recommended I have to wear eyeglasses when driving. When I got to the DMV they agreed that I didn’t have to wear glasses under their guidelines but were going to force me to have them on in any vehicle I drove just because the Dr marked it on the form. After a big stink the license bureau convince the Dr to correct the form. I did buy glasses in this ordeal because I knew there might be an issue because of his recommendation and needed to get my eye test pushed through that day before midnight or my license would be suspended. I think that their Dr is going out of his way to sell more glasses and feel betrayed by him. It ended up taking many hours of bs and an extra trip back to their location to get the corrected form. I’m totally disgusted that I was forced to buy glasses that I don’t need.
