I had a great experience with Jo, the optician, at America’s Best! She helped me fix my lens after it had broken, and she worked really hard to get everything taken care of. She was patient, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. Thank you, Jo, for the great service!

America's Best in St. Augustine, 200 CBL Drive location, is truly a wonderful eyeglass store! The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful and ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience; from your eye exam, to assisting you with glasses or contacts or both. They are very familiar with your insurance company and make your transaction hasslefree. All of the employees work together as a work family unit. The atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant. I've been there twice now and whether they are busy or not, you always feel like you are the only person in the store. All the employees are Amazing! A special shout out to Linda and Dr. Xin!

America's Best, here in this beautiful city. My sweetheart and I were on a business/pleasure vacay for four days. I knew when I left our city, (Delray Beach) I would return home needing an eye exam. More for an issue with one of my eyes not thinking it could be allergies. That was the plan. We happen to drive by this area and wa'la, Americas Best. So I scheduled an appointment, which was very easy with the ladies in this location. Miss Linda and the appointment was scheduled with a really nice lady on a Tuesday that would not be there on Wednesday for my appointment, but her name leaves me. So the day of my appointment I was greeted beautifully, the store stood out. Very bright, clean, organized and just an overall friendly vibe. From the tech to the doctor the experience was the best. I may have been on vacay but stopping in getting an eye exam last minute did not place a damper on our great time in the city. Americas Best did not disappoint. Thank You, Miss, Linda, Miss Jan & the kind lady that I cannot remember that scheduled my appointment on Tuesday. I was visiting family in St Augustine when I lost one of my contacts. I use America’s Best at home so we went there in hopes of buying a replacement. They didn’t have a box with my rx in stock but they did have a sample they let me have. Super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

We were traveling from out of town and needed help processing a prescription for my son, and the entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. Nina and Judith were absolutely exceptional.
