Dr. Ted Brink & Associates – St. Augustine

Glasses made from the prescription we received were not correct, causing double vision and blurriness at all distances. The first time we asked the practice for help for a prescription recheck and never got a response. They were “too busy” to make a follow up appointment. Meanwhile, the Lenscrafters manager remade the glasses for us to see if it was an issue on their end, but the new glasses are still unusable. My husband is still seeing double and blurriness at all distances. (This practice is the independent optometrist inside Lenscrafters.). We asked again today to get the doc to recheck the prescription and they refused. Avoid this practice, they will not help you. Get your eyes checked somewhere else before you shop at this Lenscrafters.

It was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Thiele was super, very informative. Also, the tech that ran eye tests on me and the girls at the front desk. Great experience. I will recommend and will return for my next eye check. Thanks to all of you.

Ricardo and Dr. Scott Thiele were very friendly! This was my first time at the office. I felt at ease with them that it didn't feel like it was my first visit. They were both knowledgable in their roles and explained everything with patience. The front office was also kind and patient. I would recommend my friends to come here.

I have never been to an eye doctor before and this was an awesome experience. Marina greeted me and was very kind throughout the beginning to help. Ricky then helped with the eye exam, he was cool and they were all very helpful. Dr. Theeley was very communicative and nice throughout. I asked him questions and he was very thoughtful with his answers and I left knowing more about my eyes. It was a cool and great experience and I can see better now!
