I couldn't ask for a better experience! It is a beautiful facility with modern computerized equipment. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rotating eye doctor who did my exam, Dr. Whitney, got my prescription perfect and also diagnosed a problem that was missed by other eye doctors. If you have a budget and are looking for a good deal, they also regularly run excellent specials! When my glasses were complete and they fitted them to my specifications, the glasses were perfect. This was the best I have been treated when shopping for eyeglasses for many years. For those who have mobility issues, the facility was fully wheelchair accessible. The Office Manager, Brittany, and her colleagues are all to be commended for making me feel welcome and valued, and for their excellent work!

She meticulously identified and rectified a clerical error that had been causing issues with my prescription—an error that had somehow combined my records with my 80-year-old father’s at the location I typically visit annually. Karla’s ability to pinpoint and resolve this issue demonstrated a level of meticulousness and perspicacity (a true hallmark of professional excellence) that is rare to find in any industry. Her attention to detail and genuine care for ensuring my needs were met made a world of difference. Dr. Gulsah Kilic, O.D., was equally outstanding. He was both proficient and thorough in re-evaluating and updating my prescription. His ability to explain the adjustments with clarity and professionalism made me feel completely confident in the care I received. It’s evident that Dr. Kilic takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients’ eye health and satisfaction. The entire visit was seamless, and I left feeling like a very valued and well-cared-for customer. The team went above and beyond to accommodate me as a visitor from out of town, ensuring that I could leave with everything I needed before heading home. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness shown by Karla, Dr. Kilic, and the rest of the staff were second to none. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. I paid $190 for two pairs of glasses, and one of them was specifically ordered with transition lenses. When I went to pick them up, I was told they made a mistake and didn’t include the transition feature. Instead of correcting their error, they told me I would have to pay an additional $72 to fix it. This was clearly a mistake on their end, so I don’t understand why I’m being asked to pay extra for something I already requested and paid for. A business should take responsibility for its errors rather than shifting the cost onto the customer. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to return, and I will also be canceling future appointments for my family. I expected better accountability and service.
