From the moment she received my folder , she was patient, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Vanessa’s expertise really stood out, she was knowledgeable, professional, and confident in her recommendations and if she didn’t know she was open with asking for help, which made the process smooth and stress-free. What truly made the experience exceptional was her warm personality and sweet, positive aura. Her welcoming smile immediately put me at ease and made me feel valued as a patient. Employees like Vanessa make a real difference, and her customer care reflects the highest standard of service. I've been coming here for quite some time and the service is always impeccable. Everyone is cordial. The front desk attendant greets and acknowledges you. The optician is attentive, and supportive. Dr. Puig makes you feel at ease and answers all your questions. The sales team is cordial, offers suggestions but doesn't push you to makes decisions and respects your choices. Overall, always a great experience here.
I had an excellent experience at this location. Staff member Vanessa provided excellent customer service. She assisted me in not only finding glasses that fit my face but also how to get the best option of what my insurance offered. All staff was very welcoming.
