First, I would like to thank the staff over at America's Best at the Pompano Citi Center II, 2251 North Federal Highway, Suite K109 in Pompano Beach! They're amazing, professional, respectful, kind, helpful, and friendly! From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by staff, and treated with respect and care, had an overall positive, and even an enthusiastic experience! The office is modern, organized, well lit, well designed, clean and neat! I love the staff, and I felt welcomed, and well informed and assisted by each team member. They did everything to assist, check my vision, and inform me of my visual health and provide helpful options, expert healthy care and advice. I was not rushed. I felt like they did their very best in every way, to assist me. I feel that the staff are very professional, dedicated and care deeply. Also, the prices, styles, brands, options, value and quality of eyewear are fresh, modern, classic and a great variety to choose from. With all this, it did not take long for me to pick from. (I had a good idea of what I was looking for!) I'm very impressed, thankful, and glad to have chosen this America's Best!!! I recommend. Thank You.

I had such a great experience and truly wanted to take a moment to recognize the kindness and patience we received. I came in with my uncle, who has special needs, to get help with his glasses, and Naty made all the difference. Naty was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She took her time to make sure my uncle felt comfortable and respected, never rushing us and always explaining things clearly. It’s not always easy to find someone who genuinely cares, but she went above and beyond. Because of her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and kindness, and I highly recommend Naty to anyone who values excellent customer service and genuine care.

I came here for both an eyeglass and contact lens exam, planning to take advantage of their advertised promotion for a free eye exam with the purchase of two pairs of glasses. After my exam, the technician brought my son and me over to the glasses and told us that any frames with a blue sticker qualified for the promotion. We spent time picking out two pairs, assuming everything was covered under the offer. When it was time to check out, I was shocked to see a bill of nearly $400. When I asked why the exam wasn’t free, I was told, only then, that because I had a contact lens exam, the promotion didn’t apply. Why wasn’t this explained before we spent our time choosing frames? Had I known from the beginning, I would have made a completely different decision. What disappointed me most wasn’t the price—it was the lack of transparency. A simple explanation upfront, or even offering to credit the standard eye exam and charge only the difference for the contact lens fitting, would have gone a long way. Instead, I wasn’t told about the exclusion until the very end. The office itself is beautiful, conveniently located, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the sales tactics left a very negative impression. I chose not to purchase anything, and I won’t be returning. Honest, upfront communication would have earned my long-term business.

Just had my first appointment at the Pompano location. I highly recommend! The store manager was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and super helpful. Dr. Richard’s was right on time, she was also kind, knowledgeable and just a beautiful human being! She took her time, gave me lots of information and genuinely cares about her patients. I will be back and I definitely feel comfortable taking my three kiddos here for their eye appointments. Thank you so very much.

I just had the BEST eyeglasses shopping experience and it was all because of Naty 😭✨ She made getting glasses actually FUN. She was so funny, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time — not pushy at all, just real and easy to talk to. Usually these kinds of appointments can feel a little awkward or rushed, but she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in what I was choosing. You can tell she truly cares about the people she’s helping. We seriously need more people like her in customer service 💯 If you go, ask for Naty — she will take amazing care of you! 💕
