Kayla and Samantha were both AMAZING! Kayla was very detail oriented and made sure the screws on my glasses were nice and tight and the lenses and the frame were clean as well. Samantha was incredibly thorough in her overview about my contact options. I will definitely be back!

Samantha, the manager, waited on me after my eye exam, and is so friendly! It was very busy, but they did the best they could. I had an appointment at 10:15, but didn't get my eye exam until 11:00. That's really inexcusable! I love my blue transitions with glasses! She is very knowledgeable probably because of her being the manager. Alot of employees were asking her questions. That's why it took so long!! I will be back, because they all are friendly!

They are awesome! Everyone in the store is very friendly and helpful. Chelsea was great, she had a smile on her face the entire time, and took the time to go over my insurance with me. I also think its great that if its your first time getting contacts they schedule a class to make sure that you are comfortable putting them in and taking them out before handing them off to you.

I dealt with Sam, Valarie, Stephanie, and a gentleman who did my prescreening before the telehealth-exam. I had a quick and easy experience and Val got me all signed up for benefits moving forward to make my exams cheaper. No one was pushy about buying anything in particular, just a supportive group, helping me get the most out of what I can afford without insurance. Would recommend.
