It was an absolutely great experience shopping. Jake was an excellent salesperson. Very knowledgeable, polite and fun to talk with. I bough the wife glasses and I am coming back to get mine next !! Great Job Jake.
We had a wonderful experience at Target! Jake is very knowledgeable & helpful with our daughter's contacts and glasses. He got us a discount and encouraged us to get a new pair vs spending too much money on new lenses. Doctor was great also. Only had to wait 10 minutes versus other place it was always 1.5 hours.
O Purchased a new pair of glasses and had some issues with getting them adjusted to fit comfortably. Jake in the Davenport Target Optical worked with me to get them where I needed them to be. Kept at it until they were adjusted to my liking. He is very dedicated to getting everything right and making sure I was happy with them. Jake is definitely an asset to the team there. Jake was very helpful in helping me pick lenses and reassuring me of the quality of my lenses/frames. He was extremely personable and did amazing finding me the best deals. He made the experience that much better!
