When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted & got the help I needed to start my appt. Any other time I have come I've been very self conscious about how I look in different style of glasses. (I'm sure most people are that way.) Once my eye exam was over I was greeted by Lindsey. She listened to my story about how my toddler plays rough and loves to bend and tries his best to break my glasses. She picked out not only one but three different frames that I never would have chose myself to try on & I absolutely loved them. She took her time ringing up each one to see what discount would be for which ones plus my free pair and never made me feel rushed. I also asked if she could help me with the pair I had currently on (they were warped & loose from my toddler.) She wasn't sure if she could fix them but she said she would try her best. I at least needed them to last until my new pairs came in but, somehow she worked her magic and almost got them 100% back to normal. I hope everyone else has a great experience like I did.
