Amazing service! Jemar was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect glasses for me. He took his time and offered great recommendations. The optician even finished my glasses right before closing. Both were so friendly; I will definitely be coming back! Plus, Jemar has the best style!

I worked with Patty who I was very impressed with! Not only was she very nice, but she was also very professional. She noticed that the current older glasses that I was wearing were crooked on my face and she took the time to fix them even though they were not glasses I purchased there. I really appreciate the time that she took in explaining everything. Very friendly too!

I was able to get in the next day for an eye exam because I was having some issues, which I really appreciated. I got in right at my scheduled time and was out about 25 minutes later. The eye doctor was fantastic and very thorough. However I had to go back for a different reason 3 days later. And it still wasn't right. The glasses portion took longer than I expected. When I walked in, they took my name and put me on a list. I picked out my glasses in about 10 minutes, but then waited around 45 minutes before someone was available to help me order them. The ordering process itself was very simple, easy, and reasonably priced. It took about 15–20 minutes to complete. One pair of glasses was finished in about 10 minutes, and the second pair about 47 minutes later. After they were done, I put my name on the pickup list and waited another 40 minutes for someone to call me up to receive them. They were clearly very busy, which I understand, but I didn’t expect the amount of waiting. I guess I assumed that if you had your eye exam there, you would be helped with glasses right away, but that wasn’t the case. It might help if they had someone dedicated to adjustments and pickups so customers don’t have to wait so long once their glasses are ready. From the time I walked in for my $80 exam and ordered two pairs of glasses for $301, to the time I left with them, it was about 3 hours and 15 minutes total. I was a little disappointed by the waiting, but overall the service was good and the staff were helpful. The long wait time was ridiculous. I liked the prices but every time I went ... 3 times it took more then 3hrs every time! The last time was just to return both pairs of glasses. I don't know if I'll be back.

I called to set up an appointment. The side that does the vision exams was closed. I asked can I make an appointment online? The employees said she did not know. I asked if you can do walk-ins. The employee did not know either. I understand it might be separate, but they work together in the same building to where the employee should be more knowledgeable.

They were very busy when I went. The longest part was the wait to have my daughter's rx and order entered. The glasses and lenses were immediately brought back to the lab to be made. We got the text that both pair were ready within 30 minutes. We only had a short wait to pick them up. We were out with two new pairs of glasses within 3 hours.
